Fashionably fit in every way possible
I previously had posted pictures of myself since starting yoga… a new to stay fit & cleanse the body. After watching the documentary, “Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead” we decided to take up juicing. Where you only juice fruit & veggies for your meals.. no regular food.
It’s been a week so far & I have decided to work one real meal in on certain days. Only juicing & fruit has been more difficult than I thought. This is the longest I have gone without sweets EVER… My body does feel more alive & my energy level has definitely gone up.
I will keep everyone updated on our progress.
