Music Review: Pharoh’s Jungle Fever

Pharoh has released a new project called Jungle Fever. I know many of you are familar with Pharoh from the previous music posts I’ve put up of his work.

When asked about Jungle Fever , Pharoh said he’s inspiration was,”realizing that unfortunately our world is full of racism. The racism around me inspired Jungle Fever. I’m trying to break racial and musical boundaries!”

Well Pharoh definitely accomplished is goal. From the moment, Jungle Fever begins you feel his passion and inspiration in the tracks. The various “skits” through out the project give a little comic relief & bring the racial elements into the music. I would have to say my favorite tracks are Ride or Die, Face It, and Ugliest Things.
