Week 2 of Juicing

It is Thursday of my second week of Juicing & I have to say I have gotten out of the “craving” stage. We are still having our juices & one meal a day. We also have made Friday our “cheat” day. We have normal meals through out the day. We also have been hiking Sunday- Thursday so that has really been kicking my butt. It’s a struggle every morning, but we have got it done every morning. Ending my second week, I have lost 7 pounds so far… I will check back in next week.
