How do overcome the Monday Blues?
I feel that starting each week with goals helps me use Mondays as my starting point with achieving the goals and staying focused. I look at Monday is my day to refocus and remember what I hustle hard for.
A little Beyoncé (or future, if I’m feeling ratchet) always start my Monday right. I love music and this always affects my mood and energy.
